activities. The brightness of the screen causes eye fatigue and headaches. Over
time, premature aging of the skin may also occur.
In these circumstances, decreasing your screen time is
important for your overall health and happiness, especially if you use the time
you gain for doing other pleasant and healthy activities.
How to make a change?
Okay, you have a job
that involves computer work. However, once you are over, it is your choice whether
you go home and prolong the screen time, or do other activities. While you work
on a computer, make sure to take a little break every hour, to stretch your
