For many people, the nature of their job involves spending a few hours a day in front of a computer. Not to mention the frequent situations when they are required to do extra-work hours…
The World Health Organization keeps alerting people about the risks of having too much screen time and ignoring other healthier activities. The brightness of the screen causes eye fatigue and headaches. Over time, premature aging of the skin may also occur.
In these circumstances, decreasing your screen time is important for your overall health and happiness, especially if you use the time you gain for doing other pleasant and healthy activities.
How to make a change?
 Okay, you have a job that involves computer work. However, once you are over, it is your choice whether you go home and prolong the screen time, or do other activities. While you work on a computer, make sure to take a little break every hour, to stretch your body and change your eye focus.
